productive and good faith participation
in Connecticut’s Mediation Program.

As part of our commitment, we have provided these links in order to enable you to easily download and complete required mediation documents at least fifteen days (15) prior to the first scheduled mediation. We have also provided a link below to enable you to submit, by email, the required documents to the Mediation Department at MCLLC, at least fifteen days (15) prior to the first scheduled mediation.

In addition, you may submit supplemental or additional documents that are required by your mortgage lender or servicer during mediation in order to facilitate and to complete loss mitigation review of your request. MCLLC’s Mediation Department will timely forward any documents that you email to us, to your mortgage lender or servicer, for review and evaluation.

 

PLEASE BE AWARE AND TAKE NOTICE THAT THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OR ASSURANCE THAT YOU WILL BE AFFORDED THE LOSS MITIGATION RELIEF REQUESTED SOLELY BY FORWARDING DOCUMENTS TO MCLLC, AS THE ATTORNEY FOR YOUR MORTGAGEE OR YOUR MORTGAGEE'S SERVICER.
