Loss Mitigation for Borrowers Who Are Not Eligible to Participate in Connecticut’s Mediation Program.

You may be a borrower who is not eligible to participate in Connecticut’s Mediation Program, but who nonetheless wishes to be considered for loss mitigation relief. If this is true, you are encouraged to complete the Mediation Information Form and to email MCLLC that Form and any supporting, additional or supplemental documents required to evaluate you for a loan modification or other relief, such as a short sale or forbearance agreement. YOUR MORTGAGEE OR YOUR MORTGAGEE'S SERVICER MAY REQUIRE THAT YOU SUBMIT ADDITIONAL FORMS OR DOCUMENTS IN SUPPORT OF A REQUEST FOR A LOAN MODIFICATION OR A SHORT SALE OR A FORBEARANCE OR TRIAL PLAN. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU TIMELY RESPOND TO ALL REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL FORMS OR DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO EVALUATE YOUR REQUEST FOR RELIEF.
